CHARLES INER, PRESIDENT & OWNER

Charles is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Charles has 25 years of experience in the field of land surveying, ranging from boundary resolutions to cell tower surveys to construction layout of residential, commercial and municipal projects. Prior to receiving his R.L.S., Charles worked for Trimble Surveying Solutions a leading Land Survey software and hardware provider. He is a member of the following: National Society of Professional Land Surveyors; Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia; American Congress On Surveying And Mapping and Alabama Society of Professional Land Surveyors. DAVE MILLER, VICE PRESIDENT

Dave is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania. With over 27 years of experience, Dave's knowledge of the Land Surveying Profession is unsurpassed. Dave manages our Mount Airy, Maryland office. Dave is continuing the tradition of Point To Point Land Surveyors by providing quality service and excellent customer relations in the northeast. From ALTA surveys to Residential Lot surveys, Telecommunication Site Surveys to Construction Layout, Dave provides the quality and reliabilty that you need and the accuracy you can trust. Dave is a member of the Maryland Society Of Surveyors. 

SCOTT WALRAVEN, CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Scott has over 20 years of experience in the field of land surveying.  His background includes the oversight of multiple federal, state and county highway/roadway construction projects, construction layout of residential, commercial and municipal projects, as well as boundary resolution and storm water/sewer inventory projects. Scott is responsible for the direction and coordination of all field and office operations.

TINA BLOCK, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Tina has over 10 years experience in financial management. She has the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Tina directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of Point to Point Land Surveyors, Inc. She also has oversight of our human resource department. 

MIKE WILLIAMS, DIRECTOR OF TELECOMMUNICATION SURVEY

Mike has over 10 years of experience in the cell tower / wireless telecommunication field of land surveying. Mike has been a part of over 3000 cell tower surveys for clients such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, MetroPCS, American Tower, SBA Towers, Southeast Towers, TCD Services, Sprint/NEXTEL, SouthernLinc and City Switch. Mike directs all aspects of our telecommunication division, from project oversight to customer relations.

JOE FERGUSON, DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Joe has over 15 years of experience in strategic management. He received his B.B.A. in Management from Clayton State University. Joe, working with other department heads, focuses on identifying and clarifying our development needs and objectives. His knowledge and management skills allow our company to continually monitor our progress in the implementing and executing of our departmental and corporate strategies.

NICK WILLIAMS, SURVEY MANAGER

Nick has over 15 years of experience in the field of land surveying. His responsibilities included the preparation and submittal of residential and commercial surveys and construction layout both in the field and the office. Working toward becoming a Registered Licensed Surveyor, Nick is passionate about land surveying and providing our clients with outstanding service and accurate, reliable surveying experience.

CLAY MCCANN, SR. FIELD PROJECT MANAGER

Clay has over 15 years of experience in the field of land surveying.  His experience includes the oversight of multiple federal, state and county highway/roadway construction projects, construction layout of residential, commercial and municipal projects, boundary resolution and storm water/sewer inventory projects.

CRYSTAL CASSIDY, TELECOMMUNICATION SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER 

Crystal has over 4 years experience in telecommunication survey project management.  She is an integral part in the success of our Telecommunication Land Survey Department as she manages the work load and site due dates. With cell tower survey clients such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, MetroPCS, American Tower, SBA Towers, Southeast Towers, TCD Services, Sprint/NEXTEL, SouthernLinc and City Switch, Crystal is extremely knowledgable in her field expertise providing superb service to all our telecommunication survey clients.

KELLY WILLIAMS, TELECOMMUNICATION SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER

Like Crystal, Kelly manages telecommunication survey projects for clients like Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, MetroPCS, American Tower, SBA Towers, Southeast Towers, TCD Services, Sprint/NEXTEL, SouthernLinc and City Switch. She has over 3 years experience in land survey project management. Kelly's "can do" attitude shines forth in her work providing our telecommunication survey clients with the exceptional service they have come to expect from Point to Point.

STEVE CARIOLA, ESTIMATOR & SR. SURVEY TECHNICIAN

Steve has over 11 years experience in the field of land surveying. He is responsible for conducting bidding; generating quantitative take-offs; preparing proposals & contracts for federal, state, county, public and private construction projects. Steve also still acts as a Senior Survey Technician, assisting with both conventional and telecommunication tower site surveys/build-outs.

NICOLE WALRAVEN, TELECOMMUNICATION SURVEY TECHNICIAN

Nicole has over 7 years of field and office surveying experience. Her duties include computing and drafting cell tower site surveys for clients such as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, MetroPCS, American Tower, SBA Towers, Southeast Towers, TCD Services, Sprint/NEXTEL, SouthernLinc and City Switch. Nicole is a vital part of our telecommunication survey team.

RANDY DAVIS, SURVEY TECHNICIAN

Randy has over 12 years experience in the field of land surveying and is a Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT). He is a Level II Certified Survey Technician, obtaining his Certification in Surveying at Middle Georgia College. Randy's experience and knowledge makes him a valuable member of the Point to Point team.

STEVEN HILTON, SURVEY/3D LASER SCANNING TECHNICIAN

Steven has over 6 years in the field of land surveying. He is also the lead survey technician for our 3D Laser Scanning operations. Working toward a degree in computer programming, Steven is staying on the cutting edge of technology, adding value to what Point to Point is able to offer to our valued clients.
