CSX Railroad Survey Certification

POINT TO POINT LAND SURVEYORS have completed the necessary training in order to obtain clearance to perform railroad surveys for CSX. This allows us to perform work on several railroad projects over the next few months. We are pleased that we have been able to team up with some great partners on the railroad sites and excited to get the projects underway.

As Norfolk Southern (NS), CSX, Amtrak, ertified Land Surveyors we are currently performing Boundary / As-Built / Topo surveys for the AMTRAK ASDP Program which encompasses roughly 1000 railway stations nationwide. Amtrak is in the process of planning for the construction, renovation, repair and/or upgrade of its own properties and other railroad owner’s properties throughout the United States to make Amtrak stations accessible (ADA) to all passengers. To implement and accomplish this (design/build) Accessible Station Development Program (ASDP), Amtrak has engaged Point To Point Land Surveyors in 13 states for this program. 2011 to 2015. We are proud to maintain the qualifications and certifications required to perform this contract.
